Mr. Williams has led and supported operational and contractual efforts across multiple programs valued in excess of $20 million. In these roles, he has directed cross-functional teams, managed performance outcomes, and ensured that critical logistics and technology solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver sustained impact.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams developed a strong leadership foundation through roles in both large organizations and high-demand operational environments. He served as a Functional Analyst supporting the development and implementation of enterprise transportation systems and requirements analysis. He also held senior leadership roles overseeing transportation operations and performance programs, with a focus on operational readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Mr. Williams holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics from American Military University.
